Introduction to the Text
The treatise lacks title in the manuscript, so we use the title introduced by František M. Bartoš, who was the first to attribute authorship to Jakoubek (cf. Bartoš 1925, p. 41), and thereafter used by Pavel Spunar (cf. Spunar 1985, p. 244). Previous scholars considered it to be the work of Jan Hus (cf. Menčík 1880, p. 57), or anonymous (cf. Dobiáš 1881, pp. 52–60).

There is only one known copy of the text from the second third of the 15th century (Wien, Österreichische Nationalbibliothek, Cod. 4557, ff. 90r–97v; not available online).
About this Edition
The given transcription by Irena Fuková has been revised and edited only in details by Andrea Svobodová. Draft translation of the text was made by Petr Kurfürst, the present version takes into account the comments of Sarah Gráfová and Jan Čermák.
